Our refund policy for subscriptions is as follows: we will refund up to sixty days of subscription program payments—that’s two payments—no questions asked. Please bear in mind that we cannot refund more than sixty days of subscription payments for the same subscription program.
If for any reason you wish to cancel one of your subscription programs, in order to cancel a subscription with us, please call (855) 825-2286 or email [email protected] asking for a cancellation. Cancellation requests made over the phone will be handled right then and there. If you request a cancellation through email, a customer support agent will email you back with the information regarding your successful cancellation and confirming that no further payments will be charged.

Prior to issuing the refund the support team will provide you with instructions on returning your product. Once we have received your returned product a full refund will be issued.
